1. Introduction

Horconex B.V. is a greenhouse construction company located ABC Westland 199, 2685 DB Poeldijk. Our Chamber of Commerce number is 272.252.41
Horconex B.V. designs, builds and repairs greenhouses, cultivation gutters, screen installations and heating installations for greenhouse construction all over the world, mainly in France and other parts of Europe.
We design and calculate the building and construction for our customers. We also take care of the repair and financial settlement of a greenhouse construction project. We ensure that the project can be built by contracting subcontractors and suppliers.
For the purpose of this work, we store data from customers, subcontractors, suppliers and our own staff.

2. Data processing

This privacy statement applies to all privacy-sensitive information or personal data that you provide to us, for example via the contact button on our website. We attach great importance to the privacy of our visitors to the website and therefore exercise the utmost care in handling and protecting personal data. We process data in accordance with the conditions set in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In this Privacy statement we explain which data we process and for what purposes it is used.

2. Purpose and basis

Only authorized employees of Horconex B.V. have access to the above information. The purpose of this data is to carefully process and process the request for construction, renovation or modification of the project for which the customer has given a written order.
It is necessary for our company to request and store this data with regard to the use of the data before, during and after construction.
This processing takes place in our computer, by printing out quotes, orders and construction plans. We also provide the necessary information regarding the construction and construction site to our subcontractors and suppliers.
Photos and film can be used for our website, social media and any Powerpoint presentations and fairs.

B. Subcontractors

Our subcontractors store the following data in our company:

• Construction site photos (only if necessary and with written permission)

2. Purpose and basis

Only the authorized employees of Horconex B.V. have access to the above information. The purpose of this data is the careful processing and handling of foreign work permits, safety documents, contracts and subcontractor declarations.
It is necessary for our company to request and store this data with regard to the use of the data before, during and after construction.
This processing takes place on our computer, by printing out contracts, subcontractors' declarations, work permits and safety documents.
These documents are also provided to the customer, with the subcontractors at work, in order to properly inform the relevant authorities during construction and upon inspection they must be presented to the inspection upon request.

C. Suppliers

1. Storage data

In our company, the following data is stored for suppliers:

• Company Name
• Contact
• Address
• Residence
• Phone number(s)
• E-mail address
• Chamber of Commerce number
• VAT number
• Bank account number

2. Purpose and basis

Only the authorized employees of Horconex B.V. have access to the above supplier data. The purpose of this data is the careful processing and handling of the purchased goods and their financial settlement. It is necessary for our company to request and store this data with regard to the use of the data before, during and after the construction of a greenhouse construction project. This processing takes place on our computer, by printing or sending quotations, purchase invoices, delivery conditions and packing slips.
Only the delivery notes are also issued to the customer and subcontractors to whom the goods are delivered on location. This is to check the correct materials during construction work.

 

3. Processing of data

The processing of the data mentioned under A, B and C above takes place at our location in Poeldijk, for the duration of the project as well as the period thereafter as legally determined for the storage of the data relating to tax and accounting processing.
Horconex B.V. stores the data described above in A, B and C in our well-secured computer, under lock and key for the period prescribed by law.

4. Personal interpretation

All our employees only keep and handle the data to which they are authorized.
The current employment contract of our employees contains the confidentiality clause and they have agreed to this secrecy by signing the employment contract.
A possible substitute or trainee treats and stores these data as a full employee and with the signing of a temporary employment contract in which the confidentiality is described.

5. Rights

• The authorized employees of Horconex B.V. have the right to write down, consult and / or change the information referred to in A, B and C if this is necessary for the performance of their duties.

• Horconex B.V. may not provide any information to third parties (including immediate family), unless the customer, subcontractor, supplier or employee gives explicit written permission.

• The customer, subcontractor, supplier or employees always have the right to inspect his / her data.

• If a customer, subcontractor, supplier or employee requests this, he is always entitled to rectification of his or her data.

• Every customer, subcontractor, supplier or employee has the right to stop using his or her data. This is only possible if Horconex B.V. no longer needs this information for current projects and if the statutory storage period has expired.

• Every customer, subcontractor, supplier or employee has the right to file a complaint if the use of his or her data does not apply in accordance with the General Data Protection Act.

This right to privacy protection is enshrined in Article 10 of the Constitution.
